Frequently Asked Questions
How do we work?
We first book an intro 30-minute meeting to better understand your needs and goals and how it aligns with your current setup. Then, you have 4 hours per month to ask questions, brainstorm ideas, and together come up with an efficient data strategy for your organization. Remember, it's about YOU and your organization - I'm here to help you get the most out of your data platform
What if I need coaching only for a single month?
That's totally fine! As soon as you get the information you need, I wish you luck and success. You can always book again if you feel it's necessary. Remember, it's about YOU and your organization - I'm here to help you get the most out of your data platform. If it's in a single month, that's great!
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
I sincerely hope you'll be happy and satisfied, but things sometimes don't work out for whatever reasons. Hence, you have the right for a full refund after our first regular meeting (the 30-minute intro meeting doesn't count)
How can I use my 4 hours per month? Is it strictly 1 hour per week?
The short answer is: NO! You can split your 4 hours per month however you like, of course, based on the mutual agreement. If you want 4 consecutive days of 1 hour each - be my guest! However, my experience is that it makes more sense to leave some room between the sessions, so that both sides have enough time to think/rethink/re-rethink...You get the point, right?
Should I expect some hands-on work from coach?
No! This is COACHING, not traditional consultant engagement. Hence, I teach YOU how to do certain things, and explain to YOU why approach X is better/worse than approach Y...Of course, you can possibly hire me for hands-on work, but that's a whole different topic.
